Client Story: Spring Branch Remodel & New Roof

Devin and his crew did pretty much our whole house on Railton St. back in 2022. New tile floors through the whole house, a new roof, the master bath and closet, enclosing the laundry room, the guest bath, taking out part of a center wall, and new doors and trim. It was a lot of work in one house.
We got other quotes, and the difference was obvious. Everyone else priced what we asked for. Devin actually thought it through and came back with better ideas. Instead of tearing up the slab to move the master bath plumbing, they tunneled under the foundation, and he made sure the yard was left the way they found it. He pushed us to use epoxy grout in the showers because regular grout cracks and lets water in over time. He said that was the one thing he wouldn’t let us skip. Nobody else brought any of that up.
The job site was clean every day. They hauled off the demo and debris, didn’t leave us living in a mess, and the details were right, down to the door frames and trim. Devin stayed on top of everything and told us straight when something needed to change before doing it.
